Layer 1 — Static Deadline Reference
Same verified dates as the homepage "Coming Up in 2026" strip, kept in sync. IFTA quarterly returns are due the last day of the month following quarter end, shifted to the next business day on weekends/holidays — e.g. Q3 2026 is Nov 2, not Oct 31, since Oct 31 falls on a Saturday.
Layer 2 — Personalized Calculator
Enter your own dates below and this tool computes your next deadlines, then generates a downloadable .ics file you can import into Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

Estimate for planning only. FMCSA keys your official MCS-150 update month to your USDOT number — confirm yours in USDOT & MC Numbers. MVR reviews are due within 12 months of hire, then annually (49 CFR §391.25).
